The standard model is made from 100mm thick CLT which is covered with the best Kingspan insulation.

The exterior is covered with 21mm cladding board (option to add heat treated cladding board) Internal walls are made from 100mm CLT (visible on both sides) Standard kit includes 40mm CLT roof covered with RUUKKI metal classic roof with Kingspan insulation , oak parquet, painted wooden IV92 windows and doors, metal parts, project and drawings. All materials used for this house are premium grade.
