The standard model is made in 250 mm stud walls. Can be supplied in flat packs.

Standard kit includes 200mm wall elements, insulated (200mm) floor and 28mm. planks/decking, triple glazed wooden windows and doors, insulated (200mm) Ruukki metal roof, trim, etc. It is possible to build on blocks, pillars or any kind of foundation. However, a concrete slab is recommended.
